Ancient Aliens on the History Channel discuss Enoch

Ancient Aliens is an American television series that premiered on April 20, 2010 on the History channel. Produced by Prometheus Entertainment, the tv show discusses theories of ancient astronauts and suggest  historical books, archaeology and local legends contain evidence of past human-extraterrestrial contact and communication. The show has been criticized for presenting disputed pseudo science.

The shows really dig deep in the history of your civilization and our existence. It’s a great resource of knowledge for those who are interested in paranormal, aliens and a little more than just a history that you’re being told in schools. The show is filled with true facts, actual places and true events in human history. Really opens your mind for new possibilities and shapes of history.

One of the books mentioned frequently in the show is known as the Book of Enoch. Despite the brief descriptions of him, Enoch is one of the main two focal points for much of the 1st millennium BC Jewish mysticism, notably in the Book of Enoch. Additionally, Enoch is important in some Christian denominations: He is commemorated as one of the Holy Forefathers in the Calendar of Saints of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Armenian Catholic Church on July 26.

If you would like to read more about Enoch and his adventures we offer The first two books on the Android Market.

Beaufort County Community College News available for Android

I owe where I am today because of the knowledge I have acquired while being a student at BCCC IT Department. One of the courses I had a privilege to take was Java Programming. The java class (excuse the pun) was a step into the right direction for my developing IT company and I. Having just purchased an android phone. I decided to apply the concepts I was learning into real world Android applications. Starting with informational apps, moving into more technical things like automated media installation and easy construction calculator.  Thousands of downloads and a great new product line. Which leads me into our newest app. The BCCC News Application. This application delivers high quality news directly to the student.  Easy to use interface all students understand. This application will help with all the upcoming news.

Dantes Inferno from Divine Comedy

Inferno (Italian for “Hell”) is the first part of Dante Alighieri’s 14th-century epic poem Divine Comedy. It is followed by Purgatorio and Paradiso. It is an allegory telling of the journey of Dante through what is largely the medieval concept of Hell, guided by the Roman poet Virgil. In the poem, Hell is depicted as nine circles of suffering located within the Earth. Allegorically, the Divine Comedy represents the journey of the soul towards God, with the Inferno describing the recognition and rejection of sin.

The Book Of Shadows

A Book of Shadows is a book containing religious texts and instructions for magical rituals found within the Neopagan religion of Wicca. Originating within the Gardnerian tradition of the Craft, the first Book of Shadows was created by the pioneering Wiccan Gerald Gardner sometime in the late 1940s or early 1950s, and which he utilised first in his Bricket Wood coven and then in other covens which he founded in following decades. The concept of the Book of Shadows was then adopted by other Wiccan traditions, such as Alexandrianism and Mohsianism, and with the rise of books teaching people how to begin following Wicca in the 1970s onward, the idea of the Book of Shadows was then further propagated amongst solitary practitioners unconnected to earlier traditions.
